The photo on the lest is our typical setup at Port Dickson for OWS clinic and training. We also organize at Putrajaya lake (Botanical Garden) and at SUPOWS Station, Tasik Widuri-Bkt Beruntung. The swimming route could be changing from time to time to allow swimmer to feel different swimming condition. Our itinerary is generally not changed.

OWS Training: The session is meant for beginners and also season OWS swimmers.  You can swim as many loops as you want but within the given period and guarded by our safety team.  First timer is not allowed to enter the session.

Clinic session:  Meant for first timer. The session is guided by a coach in learning basic OWS skills such as water safety,  navigation, turning, water entry/exit.   Prerequisite: You must be able to swim freestyle 200m. We also have high-performance session designed for swimmers to get ready for races. We provide the safety measures like kayak, SUP, boat, marking buoys and lifeguard.  Note:  Date/time is subjected to change
