APPLICATION FORM FOR PARTICIPATING IN 16KM PERHENTIAN ISLAND MARATHON SWIM 2023

Note: This event is limited to 40  slots solo and 30 slots for Duo/Team. Your application will be reviewed and the result will be sent to you within  2 weeks after submission.  You will be offered a slot if your application is successful.  A returning swimmer have higher chance to get a slot.  If the qualification is similar, we will choose the earlier submission ; first come first serve basis. If you are applying for a relay, only one person to apply on behalf of the team.
